Burger Singh not to be confused with the International Chain Burger King has arrived in the UK.

The Indian start up already has a chain of fast food restaurants in and around New Delhi but has now arrived to UK shores.

It currently has two initial start up locations in Central London but are planning a nationwide expansion.

This will hopefully be my first blog post of many after a long absence.

I'm hoping to blog about all things Desi Food related this post is basically just about what I've had for Lunch Today.

A desi fusion dish a mixture of a classical desi meat dish butter chicken with a classic desi vegetarian dish a chickpea and potatoe curry.

Served with tandoori roti it was a Desi Lunch most enjoyed

Just a short blog post.

Can't believe it my favourite ice cream of all time is being launched in India.

Currently in Bangalore soon to be available througout India. My family is from the North of India so not available there at the moment.

Hopefully will be availale in the North soon and i can't wait to get my hands on one of these bad boys :-)

What do you guys think is this good news or what or do you prefer the traditional Kulfi when you visit India ??

Hi everybody been quite a while since my first blog post this is just gonna be short as I get used to the new blogging system.

Anyway I just wanted to share this picture with you sausages made by Indians ( like me ) The uniqueness of these bangers if you have not noticed is the edible henna pattern on them.

My only concern if they look so beautiful how will you bring yourself to munch down on these beauties ??
