I love Desi Food that's really about it seriously I really, really love Desi Food
More imporantly not so much the classic dishes and recipes ( as much as i do love them ) but more the Desi influence on non-traditional dishes does that make sense or have i lost you ??
Basically think of your favourite dishes for me that would be fish and chips and pasta i'm interested in the unique ways we meaning Desi's have made these dishes our own cooked and prepared The Desi Way !!

I taught myself a little about websites and thought i know i'll put together a website ( as you do ) to collate all my favourite dishes and see what else wacky Desi inspired dishes are out there.
So here we are i hope my self-taught website development skills are not to painful and you find something interesting on this site and i suppose that's about it told you it was to be 'just a little'
