Desi Chicken Curry with Chickpeas

This will hopefully be my first blog post of many after a long absence.

I'm hoping to blog about all things Desi Food related this post is basically just about what I've had for Lunch Today.

A desi fusion dish a mixture of a classical desi meat dish butter chicken with a classic desi vegetarian dish a chickpea and potatoe curry.

Served with tandoori roti it was a Desi Lunch most enjoyed
